Is fíodóir é Éamon Ó Donnchadha a fhíonn scaifeanna, pluideanna agus bréidín ar sheol mór.

Mar is dual do fhíodóir atá lonnaithe i nGaeltacht na Mí, i Sean-Oirthear na hÉireann, tá traidisiúin, stair ársa agus áilleacht Ghleann na Bóinne ina fhoinse inspioráide ag Éamon agus é ag nascadh sean-traidisiún na fíodóireachta leis an saol comhaimseartha.

Is olann ón muileann olla, Snáth Dhún na nGall,  a úsáideann Éamon.

Éamon is a hand weaver living in the Meath Gaeltacht outside Trim in county Meath.

He weaves scarves, throws and tweed on a large wooden floor loom using wool sourced from Donegal Yarns, a woollen mill in the village of Cill Charthaigh in South Donegal.

Éamon’s heirloom-quality pieces transform raw woollen yarn into beautiful functional tweed and carry the beauty, warmth and spirit of Ireland’s Ancient East.
